Using garlic power from brightwell aquatic

Has anyone ever used this before to add directly to their water or food? If so which method is better?

Read up on garlic for fish food.... It's bad for their liver and does nothing to boost immune system.

Has anyone ever used this before to add directly to their water or food? If so which method is better?

I've used this for when I first get fish and they are picky eaters. I add a few drops to my frozen food and let it sit for about 1-2min then add water to defrost then in the tank it goes. All my fish eat fine now so I haven't used it in a while.
