using low salinity in fowlr. what is the long term result. is it ok for the fish to run salt at around 1.010

You will turn your live rock into base rock. Don't use hypo with live rock or live sand.

It would not be my preference to keep fish under unnatural conditions indefinitely. Short-term for disease treatment is one thing, but for routine care, I prefer normal salinity.
