Using LR that was exposed to Copper

Is there anything that can be done to LR that has been exposed to copper? Should I just get rid of these pieces ( about 3 lbs worth) or can they be salvaged? They have been out of water for 4 months. I also rinsed them out repeatedly for several weeks.

If it is only three pounds, I would just get rid of them. Not worth the problems it could cause.

The problem is that the pieces are really, really nice. They are from a batch of Fiji rock that I got that was very light; very porous.

3 lbs? Its not worth the chance no matter how nice. It may be ok but I wouldn't put it in my tank.
