Using Magnets to attach panelling to steel stands

Has anyone done this? Any advice, pics or links to the type of magnets used?

if they are exposed to SW magnets will rust like crazy.
i think its a good idea you have, and believe it will work.
i do suggest a non-corrosive paint for the rust problem.
(Liquid Nails to hold your magnets in place...just a suggestion)
