Well, you would need a pressurized storage tank for one 
But seriously, I would say you need:
1. 2 T's, one to add a line for the sink tap and one for the fridge
2. 3 valves, one for each line so you can shut it off if you want
3. a faucet, something like this (you can probably get it cheaper)

4. some 1/4 plastic line - not sure how much, depends on where you are running the water.
