using this epson salt w/mag flake?

i need to get my magnesium up,is this epson salt good to mix w/ magnesium chloride (mag flake)from BRS.COM.forgot to order sulfate too.it diesnt give a %(mag&sulfate)on it.it does say...
magnesium sulfate usp,100% natural minerals.
my wife said the 6lbs box(same product)just 2 lbs more then this one was...8.9% mag./12.9sulfate.but now like i said this box doesnt give that %,so im not sure.

if it was me, I would just order the Mag sulfate from BRS just to be on the safe side.

i've used that exact same stuff straight, works great... i didn't mix it with the product you're talking about but just mixed it directly with rodi water... i think i did 8 cups to make up 64oz of solution... dosed about 16 oz a day on my 130g system and it would raise it about 100ppt per day which is pretty much the max you want to raise it in any given 24hr period from what i've read.

engine,i only need the epson salt for one batch just to get my mag back up then ill turn my ca.reactor back on then i want need sulfate any more for dosing mag.
