I beat them only once by catching them early. The other time it was too late and there were many. All my montis were toast in about 3 weeks time. What I did was remove all my coral one by one and inspect and remove all nudis. I'm telling you it's a P.I.T.A but it works. Other than that nothing else kills them

wow. believe it or not, but those are actualy MUCH bigger than the ones i had ever found...
here is what i did... lower your nutrients. this will actualy help GREATLY! run mroe carbon and do more water changes. feed less and skim more. also, if you look in at night with a flashlight, they will be easier to see around any dead spots on montis. suck up as many as you can with a turkey baster. you will also see little round clear packets of eggs on the glass. demolish them. lol

I use CLOUT a freshwater anti-parasite medication. I put a 2 or 3 gallons of tank water in a bucket with a powerhead or airstone and add 1 tab per gallon and soak for half and hour. It will kill most or stun them off and then you have to physically remove the eggs. You usually have to dip them 2 or 3 times. Once every 5 days. The med is toxic to all slugs and snails so try not to get it in your tank.
