UV and Cupramine

Hi,
I have a question on UV use on FOT, Can we Run UV on tank treated with copper?

Noooooooo. Bad idea - it makes the cupramine many more times toxic (deadly). Turn it off now if you flipped the uv on

Thank you. Actually I know that, but seems not much info on detail why cannot use UV. Found the water have some green tint on it, so thought of using UV.

Yeah dont do that. Many years ago when I worked at a LFS we dosed a store system with copper and forgot to turn the UV off. So many dead fish
