UV sterilizer just stopped working

Has anyone has any experience with the internal UV sterilizer with power head up to 100g? I just bought mine maybe 4 months ago I took it out for awhile after clearing up my issue and now I added a sump and want that in the sump and it has no current going threw, seems to be doing nothing. Anyone ever have a similar issue? And any advice?

There's no current running through mine either. Of course, it's in a box in the basement someplace, where it's been for about 20 years.

Helpful well mine is in my tank and plugged in.

I posted it that way because the majority of marine aquarium keepers don't bother with a UV. They are, at best, of limited use
