UV sterilizer question

I am looking for one for my 210g and 100g sump.
when i was looking for one in my 90g, they seemed a bit expensive for such a simple device, running 100+.

but I am looking for models which can handle 300g and they seem really cheap, I have seen them as low as 50.

what do I need to look for when purchsing a UV sterlizer?

make sure they come with a UV light because most sold on Ebay and RC dont come with one.

Ull need a pretty high Wattage for that heavy duty 210g.
