Vacation for a week, How do you feed your fish?

Auto feeder. If you have a trusted reef buddy, that would work too.

Beware of inexperienced tank sitters. They tend to over feed. "The fish always looked hungry!" If your tank sitter is not a aquarist, hide the big containers of food and package daily food packets.

If all of that is not possible, the fish can go that long without eating.

I type up very detailed description (down to exact volume and times/day) and laminate it for the sitter. Also do a couple practice feeds with them before leaving. had three separate peeps sat my tanks for me and never had an issue. Just need to come home to a lot of algae on the glass and very full skimmer, I can deal with that as long as nothing is dead.

I have my mistress come over and do it.

More seriously, Apex feeder 3 times a day. If longer than a week need someone to fill the ATO, feed some algae and mysis shrimp.

If it's just a week or less, I don't feed. For longer periods, I leave out premeasured amounts that get fed to the tank every couple of days.

Eheim autofeeder loaded with NLS and a pinch of flakes. I will have someone come over once to add water and feed a few frozen cubes.

Depends on the fish. I have just a damsel and a goby, and I usually only have the sitter feed once every few days. Technically they'd be fine for a week, but I think they'd prefer to be fed.
What are you dealing with? Many fish are fine for a week without any food, and a saltwater tank has plenty of natural food in it anyway.

The last time we were gone a day, i left my parents detailed instructions on things to check and measured out the amount of frozen food to feed. I also left some instructions on common issues I had found and their fixes as well as water for the ATO.

All went fine.

I keep anthias and various wrasses that 'require' multiple daily feedings ..... and have left them all for a double weekend trip (almost 9 days) without any food and have yet to lose a fish. Feed them a bit more heavily for a few days before you leave, and they will be just fine. They'll be very happy to see you, and you may notice a few additional chunks of fin missing, but none the worse for wear otherwise.
