With one of the used systems I bought, I got (2) Radion XR15 G3s with RMS mounts. Not sure I’m gonna use them so considering selling.

I like to be fair so, I’ve looked on eBay and not finding many of these for sale or sold. Any thoughts on what they’re worth?

@wvned I’m intrigued by these and thought if I could sell the Radions for a reasonable amount, I could get a couple of those and still have some $$$ left over for livestock or something else.

Note the mounts alone are probably worth $50 each used.
So it's probably easy getting $100 plus shipping for both. Not exactly what you want to hear.
$200 for both is in reach.
Ebays "appraisal" function has been limited unfortunately.

After that.. well see very last sentence below......

Lets see what our new over-lord thinks.
AI Overview.

As of September 2025, the value of a used EcoTech Radion G3 LED light is highly variable, but it is worth significantly less than its original retail price
. New models are several generations newer, meaning the G3 is a legacy product.

Key factors affecting the price of a used Radion G3:
  • Age and usage: The G3 was first released in 2014, making it over 10 years old. The overall life and effectiveness of the LEDs are questionable after so much time.
  • LED condition: LEDs can and do wear out. It is important to know how heavily the light was used and at what intensity.
  • Verification of function: A buyer would want to see confirmation that the unit and all LED channels are in good working order.
  • Comparison to modern lights: A G3's performance pales in comparison to the newer G5 and G6 Radion models, which have been available for years.
  • Retail price vs. resale: When new, the G3 sold for around $600-$650, but a fair price on the used market today is a fraction of that.
  • Price range: In recent online discussions, some users suggest offering as little as $50, while others might pay up to $200 for a unit in excellent condition. Listings on sites like eBay can vary widely.
Recommendation for buying or selling
  • As a buyer: Exercise caution and request video proof of the light's performance. Be aware that the LEDs are reaching the end of their lifespan and that a full replacement is far more effective.
  • As a seller: Manage your expectations. Do not expect to get a significant return on your investment. Its true value is more as a budget entry-level light or a backup for an existing setup.
