Are there extension cables available to connect tunze pumps to the apex base unit if the base unit sits in a remote sump area like a basement?

DIY. They have RJ45 jacks so it's easy to find ethernet couplers to extend them. Just remember there's almost no current on those signal cables so you're going to have to watch the length and the behavior of your pumps. If they appear to not respond properly to the signaling, suspect cable length first.

ok i just updated the web pages and firmware and i would like to know what update to perform from the APEX base unit on the module config page. i have a vortech mp40w es also it mentions frequency...what frequency should i set it at, 1 or 2?
