With my 72 bowfront I currently have...
1 Yellow tang
2 Chromis
1 Perc
1 Sailfin Molly
1 Royal Gramma
1 Green Clown Goby
1 Rainfords Goby

so 1 big fish and the rest being pretty small
I have probably 120+ lbs of live rock in my system so lots of filtration

1st question: is this a light, moderate or heavy stocking load

2nd List of Fish that are being considered
3 pyjama cardinals
1 yellow headed jawfish
1 scooter blenny

...or equivilant sized fishes

would this be overstocking or should I be ok

I've got a good protein skimmer and do 10 gallon water changes every two weeks.

I'd say it's moderate... But I used to have 13 medium fish in my 55 gallon, and it was hard to keep up the water quality. I think you'd be safe adding another fish or two. You don't know until you try, let your water quality be your guide, if you overstock, you will know.

I think you would be on the light/moderate border. If your tank consists of mostly LPS and softies you should be fine loading the tank with a couple more fish. But if you are trying to keep coral like SPS then it would be a good idea to leave the load as it is.
