Velvet question..?

If I transfer a heater and powerhead from a QT tank that had marine velvet to a new QT tank....and those items only had two days to dry....Is that ok?

The reason why I ask is because I just transfered those into my new QT tank...and now the tank raised fish that are in there are breathing really heavy...

Any thoughts please...??
