Velvet?

I bought a Orchrd Dottyback 5 days ago. Soon after putting him in my tank I noticed he had what looked like a fine white powder on him. I initially thought it was just some detritus or fine sand that he picked up from the cave he now calls home. But now I'm starting to think it maybe a disease. After some research, closest thing I could find is velvet, but he's showing no other symptoms. He's not scratching against anything, he's eating and swimming around normally. All my other fish are acting normally.
Any idea's or advice?

vlevet is extremely deadly and spreads very quick if he is eating and swimming about normally i would let him be on the + side dotty backs are very tough little fish and if he still has an appetite i would feed 2 -3 times daily with one of those feedings i would add vitamins AND A FEW DROPS OF GARLIC GOOD LUCK
