I was wondering if use a venturi valve then injecting it into the downdraft bio balls. Will this work? Will it increase bubble production or just make it worse.(not sure if this idea has been put into practice)
I was also wondering, I plan to use a Quiet One 1200 for a little DIY Venturi (or a Venturi Downdraft) skimmer. Will making the skimmer too tall affect foam production?(I plan the foam reaction chamber to be 12-18 inches tall and have 6" diameter. this is for a 29 gallon tank)
