Vermatid Snail or tube worms????

Ok , so for a while I have had these suckers on my rock and I hate looking at them. What can I do to get rid of them , is there anything that will eat them?? Please advise

I hated those things.. Vermatid snail/worms

I didn't have nearly as many on my rock as you and it was a pico tank, but I removed the rock and manually removed them with an x-acto knife and then rinsed off the rock. Stick the blade at the base and pry them up. They will usually just pop off whole. Time consuming, but well worth it!
Not sure what eats them.

I would love to know what gets rid of those things,I hate them they look like there suffocating my polyps. Please advise
