Vertex Alpha 200 Replacement Pump head

Question,

I have a Vertex Alpha 200 from 2013 that has a Red Dragon 1500 Pump. One of the thread holes is stripped on the pump head and it doesn't seal well. Looking through the replacement parts, the pump heads are only listed up to the 1200. Do you know of the pump head replacement will fit with the 1500.

What is the part number of that pump head you pulled the specs from? My guess is that it would likely need to come from Germany as we don't usually stock those heads in Ft. Myers.

One thing you could do is add a bit of PVC glue to the thread and then insert the screw and let it dry. Then remove the screw after 24 hours. That should give you some threads again. Just don't overtighten.
