Vertex Gen2 modelpump problem

I will call you for return authorization number on Vertex 100 skimmer I am not pleased the pump has seized 3 times in less than 2 weeks and I never had the problem with my Aquamedic so I will be returning the skimmer which is less than 2 weeks old . I assume you will credit my card upon receipt of the skmmer. Thanks.

We actually have just receive new shafts that will completely correct any issue with this skimmer an the pump locking up. If you would like to replace the shaft to correct the issue and fix the pump please let me know, if not shoot me an email at jeremy@premiumaquatics.com so that I can set up an approved return merchandise authorization.
