Vertex Illumina VLink connection problems

This just started today. When I connect the v-link dongle to my laptop I get the USB not recognized message. I rebooted the laptop and the light still no go. It was working fine until today. Looking for ideas and thanks for any help.

Just in case, have you tried another USB port on the laptop? If you did, then the dongle may be defective.

I tried it on multiple USB ports and even loaded it on my work laptop and still no go. Seems I might have a bad V-Link Dongle.:sad2:

I´m having exactly the same problem here. It worked fine until yesterday now its dead. Tryed all the 4 USB ports on my PC and nothing.

Tryed to instal it on my mac and nothing. The USB dongle does not even apear on the mac
