Vertex IN-100

I'm thinking about buying the IN-100. And I've been reading about issues about the pump on RC. I have yet to start my initial set up, and wont be ready to start my set up in about 2-3 months. So my question is. If I buy now, and have a problem with the pump later when i start my set up would y'all be able to help me in any way? i.e replace the pump and what not? I just want to take advantage of the great price on it!

Hi,

You would most certainly be covered under warranty. Just please check the skimmer over once you receive it to ensure there is no body damage from shipping, etc, then if there are any mechanical issues once it's up and running we'd be more than happy to help out.

Honestly there has not been many issues at all. We have come across 4-5 impellers problems, and two hazed collection cup issues. In the grand scheme of things, compared to how many we have sold, the ratio is no higher than any other skimmer out there.
