Vertex Libra Doser Broken Side Panels

Does anyone know how to order the side panels for a Vertex Libra Doser. I bought one over ebay and the side panels were broken in shipment. I attempted to contact Vertex directly but was not able to find a working email address. I also contacted the LFS who happens to stock the Vertex Libra and they told me to contact the factory. So far I'm not that impressed with Vertex from a customer service standpoint. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to get parts for the Libra Doser.

You might try contacting Bulk Reef Supply or another one of Vertex's resellers in the US. I think they have a Facebook page as well that you could try

They are responsive. I contacted them for replacement parts for a used skimmer I purchased. They contacted me the day I e-mailed them and parts were on the way the next day. I did have to pay since it was not a warranty issue. Adam took care of my issue.

Yes - I definitely paused before suggesting he talk to BRS or a LFS, but I figured that would be a way for him to get a hold of a Vertex rep since his other attempts had been unsuccessful.

As an aside, that's exactly why I support my LFS (and BRS which is local for me) - even if they don't always have the best price, the support and other intangible benefits are worth spending a few extra dollars for.
