HI there,

I just got the MOcean 3500 recently. When I hook it up, I see the display shows "0" instead of "5" on the instruction. I followed the instructin to press the "reset" for 2 seconds. I hear the noise but the bottom is not turning. How do I get the display to change to "5" like the instruction shows? I most I hear is just the sound but nothing move. What else should I try?
