Vertex omega 130? Any opinions?

My skimmer pump went out and I'm needing to either replace the pump or get a new skimmer. I've been using swc 120 for past 3-4 yrs in a couple different size tanks, biggest being current 57g.

It has actually been a great skimmer which is why I'm considering just replacing the pump. However I am somewhat interested in just getting a new skimmer all together. Anyone have one of the vertex omega line skimmers? Any opinions on em? Have one for sale? Recommend something different?

Have one on our 57 rimless, vertex is all I will use from now on, soooo quiet, amazing bubble consistency, amazing skim. Can't say enough good things about this skimmer

I don't think there is such a thing as overkill on a skimmer.i had an I-Tech 100 on a 17g elos mini and it skimmed just fine.
