Vertex omega 130 problem

My vertex omega 130 skimmer is constantly overflowing in 8" of water. I cannot raise it anymore or it will not fit in my stand. What can I do?
The output is fully opened and the adjustment knob on the pump is closed as well.

Try using a zip tie to choke off the airline a lil bit at a time. Very very common problem with these skimmers. I had the same issue but I raised mine up a bit
