Vertex Skimmer Opinions

I am considering purchasing a Vertex skimmer and want to know how they perform for a sps tank. I have about $500 to spend on a solid skimmer for a 75 gallon tank.

The vertex IN-180 for $285 seems like a real good deal. I'm not an owner of one yet but I am in the market and leaning towards that one. I'd like to hear what owners have to say about them as well. I'm concerned because they haven't been out for very long I wonder how the pump will perform in the long run because its $86 for a new one.

I have the vertex IN-80 love it i know it's smaller then what your lookin for mine had skimmate just after the second day it's diled in now and kick's a**.You might want to look at the vertex skimmer club thread.anyway here's my bad boy in action

I got mine yesterday and got it installed in my sump around 11pm. Here are the pics, and they dont lie! It is the IN100 and I already love this thing!!! This is less than 24 hours ago.
