Thank you for replying so quickly walter. My concern was not arriving safely but rather the post I've read about the collection cups showing manufacturing flaws or some kind of visual defomity. Also the model I'm looking at seems to have some pump problems as well.The price is great, and when the pump is running correctly the images posted show it working well. Any input? Thanks again.

Thanks for your response, as far as I know, any of the manufacturing flaws in the past have been rectified by the manufacturer.
We currently handle any warranty issue with this skimmer that is purchased thru our store, we also have a 60 day hassle free return policy, for more detailed information click here
One of our technicians tested the skimmer on his aquarium before they we're released to the public and he was very pleased with how well the skimmer worked, you can also read some reviews on the skimmer here
Regarding the pump itself, I have overheard some issues with the pump not restarting, but it was a simple fix just having to re-seat the impeller but that was about it. We will be carrying spare parts and replacement pumps soon for these skimmers, we are just waiting for the stock to arrive from the manufacturer.

seems like only in sump 100 had the cup flaw and few impellar issues but all other on rc forum seem to be running great i think they got problem fixed. I run in sump 180 that i purchased from marine depot and very much happy with skimmer, i'm glad i didn't buy a 900 dollar skimmer cause this performs just as good as top brands.
