Vertex V-Link USB Stick

Does anybody have or know where I can get a Vertex V-Link USB Stick,
Mine has quit working, in is not being recognized by the software.
Does anyone know how to update it or reload the software if desktop software doesn't recognize it?
Would an old computer running XP or Vista make a difference?
