I ordered two misbars from the collector's choice and got two regular perculas instead. Definitely not what I paid for!! Not to mention they couldn't even send my snails with the order because they were dead. VERY Upset. They called while I was at work yesterday about the snails and that the misbars would be sent, which would have been fine if I ACTUALLY GOT THEM. And fedex didnt even ring the doorbell, they just set the box on the porch and left. Thank God I was in the kitchen or I would not have seen them come up the drive.
 
First of all, welcome to Reef Central. It looks like this is your first post on here. The snails you are referring too I believe are the money cowries. We don't get very many of these and they usually sell pretty fast when we do. Yours were the last three set aside and they simply did not live. These things happen. As for the clowns, that is a big problem. If you can, take pictures of what you got and email them to customerservice@bluezooaquatics.com. You may want to call us as well at 888-479-2583. We will get to the bottom of this for you and if need be re-send your fish.

It sounds like BZA is doing a great job fixing your problem :). I have ordered from them 3 times in group buys and things went great including a replacement fish.

Well, with my work schedule not helping(flu season kicking in early sucks if you work in a pharmacy), I am going to be recieving two new fish to make up for the mix up. I posted this mishap mostly to show that if a person is willing to work with a place you can work out any problem. Thaks blue zoo.
