Very blue 14000k single ended MH

I have my new 120G tank up and running and am using a dual SE 175W metal halide in place of my 250W DE/130W MH/PC system. I've got. 14000K bulbs which is the same color bulb in my 380W (combined) system but the light is so much bluer. Is this typical for these single ended bulbs? I would say that these bulbs are closer to the 20000K temp.

If I remember correctly Adam is using a 250W SE 14000K bulb it's color temp is closer to that of my 380W system.
