I posted a thread recently about a problem with my Tunze 230/3 skimmer. Roger was prompt with responses and volunteered to send me a part to try and fix it. I recieved the part yesterday and put it in my skimmer today. No more funny noises and the skimmer appears to be working like a champ.
I just wanted to use this opportunity to thank Roger publicly. I have always thought Tunze products were awesome, but now their service is proven as well. Thanks.

I have to echo pyranha's sentiments. I had some trouble with my multicontroller and Roger did an excellent job responding to my needs. I would recommend Tunze products to anyone.
