Very slow help from ecotech

I have a been trying to get a mp60 fixed since Monday. Says u get a response within a business day. I got the 1st one in about a day, day and a half but am still having difficulty just getting them the pump. I sent another email Tuesday...still no response. Can some some email me and get this pump fixed. My request number is #24362.
