very unhappy, false information

I am very sorry for the long delay, and am still actively pursuing all avenues to obtain the remainder of the animals that are on your backorder. As I stated previously we will contact you when I am successful in having your complete backorder ready for shipment, which should be the middle of next week if all goes well.

We will keep your backorder open until it can be filled 100% complete, and once again thank you again for your patience.

Well, Kevin and LiveAquaria have once again exceeded my satisfaction and expectations. Kevin lived up to his word and has indeed delivered all specimens in full, and then some. I can once again honestly say LiveAquaria is the best company in my book. Mods please delete this thread as there is nothing I can say but positive.

Yes, they are indeed the best as far as I am concerned. While I mostly order live items from DD, on occasion I also order hard goods. In all cases, my satisfaction has been assured by the service and goods provided. I won't add up my total expenditures just in case my wife reads this. But I can assure you there have been many, many orders as I have multiple tanks. :D
 
I ordered from them a couple weeks ago, they screwed up shipping twice on the fish, the fish was in the box for 48+ hours, i received horrible custumer service, the fish came way DOA, called them, they would not replace it (the fish cost me $300 it was a borb), i still havent recieved all my money back, the only reason i ordered a fish from them is because i heard they are reliable, with my experience i WILL NOT order from them again. Now i have to make another phone call to get the rest of my money back, after they said a WEEK ago that id be all back. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THEM. but this is just my experience, mabey some of you have better
