vho ballist and endcaps for sale

i have a left over ballist and caps.it is an ARO electronic VHO ballist and one set of endcaps.the ballist is only a few months old and was used for about 1 month(already wired for power).first $20 takes it,i also have some 3/4"lockline about 1ft that can go as well.
