ANY COMMENTS/ADVISE REGAQRDING VHO LIGHTING AND BTA'S?

1) IS 4X75 VHO LIGHTING SUFFICIENT

2) WHAT TYPE OF COMBO WOULD YOUR RECOMMEND--2 DAY TIMES AND 2 ACTS; OR 3 DAYS AND ONE ACT; OR USE OF ACT WHITE INSTEAD OF DAYS?

How many gallons and how deep in your tank.

standard 29 gallon tank--usual dimensions--however I have an extremely large substrate/ with a large aragnite rock formation--the anemones will be very close to the lighting

You have more than enough lighting for a bta. 2 daylights and 2 actinics is the usual combo.
