I recently got a used PFO fixture and I am having problems with the VHO lights. At first I was able to get them to work (with a little playing around). They worked for a few days and now I can't get them to come on. The bulbs are both new and look fine. I switched the ballast with another I have that works, and nothing. I have removed the bulbs and checked the end caps and I can see that the wires are going down into the terminals. I checked the harness and the wires appear to be where they should be.
Does anyone have any ideas? Any experts that could come by and take a look?
