Vibrating tentacles on S. gigantea

Hello All,

The tentacles on my gigantea don't wiggle anymore. They used to when i first got it. Then the tentacles were like 3/4", now they are around 1.75". Does your gigantea still wiggle after being in captivity for a while?

They guy who i had it from had it for 6 months and its tents are still vibrating like crazy

IMO, if you can see the tentacles vibrating then you don't have enough flow over your carpet.

The tentacles of my gigantea and the ones I've had in the past get to around an 1" or so and I noticed that they rarely vibrate in my tank. Maybe if I turned the pumps off for a few hours I might notice some movement..

The tentacles on mine are around an inch too. Its gets flow from all different sides almost like waves.

Im gonna check that out when i get home about giving it some more.
