Vibration in Nano Stream 6025?

Hi Roger,

I just picked up a Nano Stream 6025 from Reef Exotics and when set up the stream it is making a vibration noise against the glass. I tried to set the magnet several ways and it still vibrates. I have tried holding it under water and the noise is gone, so I would think it is definitely vibration against the glass. Is this normal or is there a fix for this?
Tony from Reef Exotics says that the product is too new for feedback.

Thanks,

Dan

Are the rubber feet on the magnet? It has a clear rubber piece in each of the four dimples on each half. The pump vibrates a bit when new, but you can see in this forum from other posts this goes away in a couple days.

Yes I do have the rubber pieces in on both sides of the magnet. The vibration noise is noticeable even from a distance, which is why I wasn't sure if it would go away with time.

It should, the pumps vibrate at first due to air in parts and the need for some parts to wear in, let me know if the noise isn't greatly diminished within a day or two.

Having the same issues but the shaft is bent that holds the prop. It wobbles when I start up under water and it is visable to the eye.

Since the shaft is only fixed on one end it can move slightly. I don't see how it could be bent, but it may be crooked. This will right itself in time, just let it run.
