Vibration/noise at 30%

Roger,
One of my 6000's vibrates loud enough to be heard across the living room (10 ft) only when its at 30%, but does not when it is above 40%. I've read through the other threads regarding noise for the 6000/6100's at various different speeds and have gone through and cleaned out the prop, bushing, etc a few times. There isn't any calcium buildup nor blockage on the impeller, and the bushing doesn't seem to be worn at all. What else could it be?

Does it have the 6100.60 or 6100.70 drive unit?

Drive unit (pump itself) 6100.10. Drive box blue 7240.26

It is a fairly old pump so it would likely have drive unit 6080.60 (prop assembly), I would upgrade to the 6100.70. Driver 7240.26 was replaced by 7240.27 in late 2004 so it has to have been made from late 2002 to late 2004. The drive units usually last about 3 years.

It is listed for 32.17 on the tunze website correct? Besides the noise, are what are the effects of an old driver?
