Vibration noise in the new pump 6105

Hi guys I have 6105 and the new pumps have problems with noise, which seems to vibrate a lot, makes a noise but not the other if, today I have sent a new Tunze 6105 and also the same thing happens, you also taking the same problems. Greetings.

Hello, yes the both have the18V jumper on the power supply and the the small plastic rubber things on the magnet, The problem is that you get with the new hand pumps and have much vibration, it seems that part of the area that is removed is weaker than the former, as the noise is that the shaft does not rotate well, ie its axis describes a cone to move, greetings
