Updated w/store hours and phone numbers to help w/your planning. Given your time constraints, I would recommend Exotic, OStreet, and then Fish Planet (in that order). Unfortunately, Coral Reef Shop will be closed and Your Reef is a stretch from the others time/traffic wise.

There is an "O" street aquarium in downtown Sacramento as well the address doesnt come to mind right now. Is it not recommended for some reason?

They're the same. There is only one Ost aquarium in Sac. Will you be in the downtown area?
