Vitamin deficiency

Hello

I believe my orange shoulder has a vitamin deficiency and he's not doing all that great.
What is the best way to give him vitamins, mostly vitamin B's?
I've tried to soak his frozen foods in vitamins but I don't think it's really working. He stopped eating algae a while ago.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to have a vet give him vitamin shots?
My tang's been sick since the beginning on December and I'm tried a lot of ways to improve his condition.
I've been adding Seachem Reef Plus directly to the water.

Any other ideas?

Thanks
Cole

sounds like something going on check water parameters maybe stray voltage you can get a ground wire also what about green leafy lettuce or romaine i dont know what size he is or what size tank you have but that could also be a problem

The tank has a grounding probe and the water parameters are all normal. He shares a 6 foot tank with several delicate fish and corals and none of them having any problems. We've done water changes and made sure the water quality is as good as possible but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
I got him when he was only 1.5-2" long and now he's about 7". I've had him for a year and 8 months and this is the first time he's having health issues.
I haven't tried lettuce yet, I could do that and see if he'll eat it. If he does, maybe I'll soak it in vitamins.
