Mike,
You just need to pick a date and approximate time. Typically the meetings start around 5-6ish, but since you're looking for a Sunday you might want to start a little earlier. And that's about it. Once we have a date, we can start another thread for attendance. As for food, it's up to you. The norm is pizza, but if you want to go all out like Dave , that's fine too. Let me know if you have any questions.
