I know what you mean, Chris... at least for me, the last couple of excel files I've downloaded from RC have had their extensions changed for some reason. I just go back and rename it "****.xls" and all is well.

My assignments look fine, FWIW. Don't know how bright-eyed or bushy-tailed I'll be at 8, but I'll be there!

I assume there will be onsite training?

Crumbletop and I plan on spend some time before the swap on explaining what everyone needs to do at each of the locations. We will also be around if anyone has any questions as for what they need to do.

A few people said they could volunteer but they were not sure when they would be there. I have these people written down on a list and will use them to fill spots the day of (because I am sure that will need additional help here and there, but won't know exactly where until the day of the swap).

Is it possible to move my spots to earlier in the day? We'll be coming in Friday night, but plan to leave to come home as soon as the swap clears out. There shouldn't be much to cleaning up, so if not, not a big deal.
