<h2>
We need volunteers for the August Swap/Meet, lots of them.</h2>

Do not volunteer if you think you may not be there, we need volunteers that are going to show up as this is going to be a big meet with the inclusion of an auction. Emergency are understandable, forgetting is not.

We need bins for coral, Boxes, totes etc makes no difference just a place to file them as they are sold.

We need tables. We need one for a registration table, one for tickets, one for the auction.

We need food and drink

I am buying pizzas someone else bring drinks.

We need a door greeter who will stand outside and greet people as they come in and answer questions about the auction and how to register for it and participate in it.

If anyone can think of anything else to add to the list feel free.

We need a lot of help for this one.

I need Phil to get a time line for his demos hammered out and get a schedule of sorts. 15 minutes or so per demo will be fine.

Randy can you run camera as we want to start keeping video records of our meets.

We need advertisement up in all malls, venue, LFSs, etc

<h2>I am not being mean or dictating here so don't get this wrong but if we do not get enough help on this there will be no auction. I just can not do it by myself. </h2>

Lets get this together and make it huge.

Terry brought me a poster, its blazin on my frozen food freezer for all to see! I actually might be able to make it to this one.

Jim it would be great to see you at this one! It should be fun if we can get things rolling.

Mary of course you will help, so will Lana and Brian and a handful of regulars but we will need far more help than the usual 5 or six standards, we need some newbies to step up to the cause if they want this auction and possibly more in the future.

hey ron i am going to come so if you think you could use some more help. i am the little kid who bought a pair of clownfish from you. so tell me when you want me.

Thanks

Has Hades frozen over  It would be great if you guys could come.

Ron I've got some totes if you need them. Of course you know we're yours to use and abuse :D just no pixie hats

Hmmmmm pixie hats and pointy shoes,, nah maybe later in the year :)

We will likely need at least 6 totes from what I recall of the old auction days.

I'll bring some food to share, and a table for the Club to use for whatever. I can try and get together some signs -- one for the door and one for the road indicating where we are, if no one else is doing that already. And, of course, I'll post as many posters as I can; however, when I print it out the bottom is cut off. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

Joyce Jones

As for signs feel free, none on the actual building but on the road is fine. Maybe even some off he interstate exits etc.

Try to "fit to page" in your print preview that should keep clipping down.

Sorry I haven't posted before now I was out of town working this week. I called about the AV equipment and am still waiting on a definate answer but was told it shouldn't be a problem. If Randy can't or doesn't want to run the camera I'll do it. Also I might be able to get some plastic storage bins and a 6' table to bring as well.

All sounds good man, keep up the good work, I have talked to a LOT of people this month, if they all show this is going to be HUGE

Sure did

My message goes out to the newcomers, we will need help with this meeting unlike any we have needed before.

One week to locate volunteers to help with the auction. Three or Four people just wont cut it this time. I need 6 dedicated individuals to handle bags and sort. If you are volunteering for something else other than demos you don't need to volunteer for this position.

We need the six on this list by next week, as I do not know how big this turn out will be, if I don't see enough help we can not go through with this, judging from the past we had to have well over a dozen volunteers helping with the auctions these things are big event.

I am really disappointed that I have to miss this one! I haven't missed in a long time! The McCrady Jones soccer tournament is the 25th and 26th.

Ron, I will complete the "Prize board " and bring it to you next week. I will need the complete list of items being donated by the sponsors in order to complete the details!

Depending on well we play I might make the tail end of swap. I am so bummed ...but my priorites are in order!

New schedule is out and I work that day. It sucks to miss an auction meeting. I've been waiting forever! I have a lot I need to sell too.
