Vonage issue (I think)

I have an ACIII hooked up to my wireless router and everything was working fine. I could see it from work, check on it from my phone. I dropped comcast phone service and went with Vonage and have had no luck being able to connect to the AC III through the internet. Is there some kind of pass throught I need to set up? Any help would be appreciated.
 
The model number is: vdv22-vd. The cat 5 cable goes into the comasts modem and then into the voyage modem then out to the router. Hope thats what you are asking for.
 

You need to reconnect the Vonage box so it is behind the router.

Cable Modem<-->Router<-->Vonage & AC3 & PCs

Just bear in mind that this is not a configuration supported by Vonage, and there is a *slightly* increased likelihood of call reliability/call quality issues. But really, you have little choice if you want to have the external access to your controller.

The only other option is to get a second point of presence &/or IP address from your ISP (in other words, a dedicated Internet connection for the Vonage service)
