vortech falling off, question

Just curious on why the vortech falls off once in a while.
anything i can do to prevent this?

Soak the wet side in vinegar overnight and make sure that the propeller spins freely without any binding at all. If the problem continues contact us at service@ecotechmarine.com and we'll take care of you.
