vortech feedback

So what would you do? Just let the so called "defect" continue? I think it would be unbelievably bad business to not come up with a design change. And again all companies have this happen, could somebody name even 1 who has never had an issue?

Some company's release their products before they are ready, just to corner the market, or to gain market share, hoping to fix any unforeseen problems with great support.

Its a very common business practice and many top companies do it very successfully.

Having great support is great, but not needing it, is more important to me.

I don't know what to say. :)

So you only buy product that's absolutely perfect and never fail? I don't even know if one such product exist.

Anyhow, I think I got my point across so I will leave it at here.

I have a MP20 on my 34 gallon Solana - I gotta say, I was a bit sceptical before I bought it as it is very expensive. But I gotta say, after several weeks of use (reef crest mode), it has made a significant impact on my system. I had corals in there for months that were growing at a snails pace - after I installed the Vortech, the coral growth just SHOT THROUGH THE ROOF in only a matter of 2-3 weeks! It is truly an amazing peice of equipment.
