Vortech for 70 gal. tank

I have a 70 gal. tank(3ft. long) and I am wondering if the Vortech would be overkill in this size tank. Let me know what you all think. I'm leaning towards getting it, but I want some advice first.

i think they can be dialed down so they don't run full blast, but i could be wrong...

My vortech is in a 58 gallon and I love it. I think you can dial them in from 100 GPH all the way to 3,000 GPH.

I have mine on a 40 gallon tank, no problems at all. I have it on lower dialed in speed though. Almost comtimplated getting another w the controller!!!! (I plan to upgrade down the road)

get it!!!! great flow, no big powerheads in tank and they can be controlled.
